Please read these Terms carefully and in full before using the platform, opening an account or making transactions. They form the legal basis of use and are binding on both parties.
By registering, logging in, using the offered functions or otherwise carrying out activities on Talvoryx you expressly and fully accept these Terms. Use of Talvoryx is permitted only for adults of legal capacity aged 18 or over. Minors or those not fully capable of contracting must not use the platform. If we suspect a breach of this age requirement we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or delete accounts.

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Functions, algorithms, fee models or the range of available markets (stocks, cryptocurrencies etc.) may be expanded, modified, restricted or discontinued at any time without entitling you to claims against Talvoryx.
All platform content — including texts, graphics, designs, software, algorithms, trademarks, logos and AI-driven analyses — is protected by copyright, trademark and/or other intellectual property rights and is owned by Talvoryx or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, public making available or commercial use without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may have civil and criminal consequences.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information you provide (e.g. identity details, contact data, payment information) is correct, complete and up to date. Incorrect or misleading information may lead to account suspension, withholding of withdrawals or other legal measures. Your personal data will be processed only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements. We apply high standards of data security and transparency.
All investment and trading decisions you make via Talvoryx — whether manual or via AI-driven automations — are entirely your responsibility and at your own risk. Talvoryx provides a technical infrastructure but does not offer personal investment advice, recommendations or profit guarantees. Financial markets (including stocks and cryptocurrencies) can be highly volatile and carry the risk of total loss of the invested capital. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Invest only funds you can afford to lose.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time — for example due to legal changes, technical developments or new market requirements. We will inform you of adjustments in good time (usually at least 14 days in advance) by email, platform notice or on our website. Continued use of the platform after the changed Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the amendments. For material changes you are free to close your account.
